And to put it "into the wild" it is nothing if not shared, even if I discovered it, with better results, in Africa, where for several years I lived with my family and I fell in love with yoga. This is why I decided to teach, to share what I have learned: the value of awareness and the benefits of a body and a mind in harmony with each other.
Why I teach Yoga:
I am convinced that, with its ups and downs, life resembles a dance.
Through yoga, the harmonious flow of the body in asanas we can become elegant dancers capable of guiding our energy. Yoga with Chiara is therefore the attempt to combine beauty and simplicity through a practice that has nothing performative at all, but which focuses on listening to the body and our needs towards a psycho-physical balance and a better personal well-being.

Didn’t know if this would be a good way for me to do Pilates, so I just tried 3 lessons. Caroline is a very good Pilates teacher. I could improve myself really quick. Then I decided to buy a monthly subscription. Saved costs and much easier ?
